If the only drives you have available are the drives you mentioned, I’d suggest using the two smaller drivers in RAID1 and install ga-l35-ds3r OS on that.
This is my first time configuring ga-pp35-ds3r RAID array and if anyone could give me any help it would be greatly appreciated. I am using the Intel raid and it works flawlessly. My recommendation for you is to avoid RAID0 completely.
